    The 113-page whitepaper that informed a platform investment evaluation

    What began as research to inform a future dependency management platform evolved into a build-vs-buy evaluation. Following the interview phase, I led analysis and synthesis efforts—working in partnership with Human Factors leadership—to transform 13 interviews across five analysis streams into a 113-page whitepaper and executive presentation.

Computer science, Disney, accounting, a web design internship where something finally clicked. Every stop along the way shaped how I work: I ask more questions, connect more dots, invest and care about the people around me, and never lose sight of who's actually using what I design.
