    Co-defined the audit process, owned 17 components end-to-end, and mentored three junior designers through work none of us had done before. Delivered two weeks ahead of a non-negotiable deadline.

    The frameworks I built became the foundation for what came next. Two workstreams: a conceptual model and design system gap analysis across 17 screens and 5 venues of care, and icon standardization across 350+ icons and 6 product areas.
